Welcome to SOMA HOME DECOR! We are dedicated to delivering your cozy home goods and candles safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via reliable carriers within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages

SOMA HOME DECOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at infsomahomeshop@gmail.com with photos of the packaging.
